Agency: Studio XIntroduction: KIA MOTORS BULGARIA (KMB) is a Bulgarian joint stock company established in 2002 as an official distributor of South Korean automobile company KIA MOTORS CORPORATION. KMB offers the full range of vehicles and spare parts manufactured by KIA MOTORS CORPORATION within Bulgaria, and performs warranty and after-sales servicing of all KIA models. KIA MOTORS BULGARIA has 12 regional dealers within the country. Our representatives have their own showrooms and service facilities together with qualified staff able to serve customers outside those cities and nearby towns.
Problem:KMB requested a new version of their outdated website firstly in 2010 with Studio X. The second redesign was prepared in 2012 with a responsive upgrade. The Bulgarian representative of KIA has the major requirement since the beginning of our partnership and it's to be easy to navigate, constructed for easy reading and understanding in their huge pool of information they share. The company wants to have a single point of interaction for their dealers as same as their end users and corporate clients. A place where people can read about the latest company events and new model arrivals. To provide useful tools for scheduling a service or test driving appointment. To provide Online configurator for every model and many more end user oriented gadgets.
Solution:Through all of the years in our brilliant partnership with KMB and Studio X we might say that together we are building an automotive website for the users as same as their needs require. We are learning and pooling different campaigns to understand their needs and what to improve as journey so the users will continue their visits. We've been inspiring by big brands and was leading by the KIA MOTORS CORPORATION vision to empower and continue developing our website. Big assets of the cars are displayed on the home page. We created tools that helps users defining their own needs without the need of visiting a dealer. Custom tailored CMS was created in order to help the marketing team of KMB in their dynamic day-to-day updates of new assets and news of the brand. The responsive upgrade was a must to have it since a lot of the modern clients of KIA are busy and time limited customers.
Results: A great work, that end users loves to see often. During the years, visitors are sharing their gratitude of the website and easy to use, clear and well structured navigation. A lot and different contact form helps the different departments of KIA to serve their clients easier and faster now. Since 2012 many awards for the website was collected - see some of them below.
Awards:The corporate website was released in May 2012 with its new responsive and refreshed version. In 2012 we went to the Bulgarian Web Association for its annual awards concourse and to the Bulgarian Web Awards concourse few months later were we won:Bulgarian Web Association 2012:1.
