Agency: Studio XIntroduction: From May 2005 First Investment Bank is the majority owner of Diners Club Bulgaria and already owns 95% of the capital.Diners Club Bulgaria was registered in November 1996, its main activity is the issue of international Diners Club credit cards and process payments with them, including payments with Diners Club cards to foreign franchises in the country.Diners Club Bulgaria carries out its activities based on a trilateral agreement signed franchise with advanced exceptional powers with Erste Card Club ddi Diners Club International Ltd., Chicago. First lady it's a project of Diners Club Bulgaria. First lady is an online catalog including 500 VIP accesses to major brands, airports and places where the modern woman can feel first lady.
Problem:After releasing the new corporate website of Fibank the client has requested to modernize their current annual paper catalogue for Diners Club, called First Lady. With no preferences the client gave the latest paper catalogue and asked Studio X to make an outstanding and creative approach for having their catalogue in easy to use and navigate online based catalogue for their services. The catalogue has several main advantages for ladies who own one of two possible discount Diners Clubs cards. The catalogue should provide easy to understand information of the network stores, restaurants, airports, etc. that participate in the Diners Club Bulgaria list of partners and their discounts and special offers.
Solution:Studio X made a deep research on the book and the tendencies of web based catalogues and approach the client with big visuals of specialized photo session of modern woman, which we would use for main sections within the online catalogue. The models who participated in the shoot were taken by different countries and not Bulgarians (major request of the bank). We sew together the photo shoot with the layouts of the design concept and create an easy to use and manage custom tailored CMS for the marketing team of Diners Club Bulgaria. Studio X also suggest some modules for better understanding of the catalogue such as: Search, Tendencies, Google Maps, The advantages of being First Lady page, cross links with different websites owned by the bank, new structure of the categories that differ from the book structure.
Results: No more paper catalogues. A lot of new companies require an access to the catalogue - it means more discounts for the owners of the Diners Club special ladies cards. Happy clients which can now access the platform and receive up to date information for newly released discounts, stores and etc.
